Andrew Russell is a performance-driven fitness and nutrition coach built on discipline, experience, and elite-level mentorship. A former two-sport athlete, Andrew competed in both football and lacrosse at the University of Michigan before continuing his football career at the University of Kansas.

During his time at the collegiate level, Andrew was coached and mentored by some of the most respected names in sports performance and leadership, including Jim Harbaugh, Ben Herbert, and Kevin Conry at Michigan, along with Lance Leipold and Matt Gildersleeve at Kansas. More than just being coached, Andrew immersed himself in their systems—learning firsthand the habits, standards, and mindset required to operate at the highest level. This foundation is what separates his coaching today.

Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients, from everyday individuals to professional athletes, helping them transform not just their physiques—but their discipline, confidence, and approach to life.
